I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of Forge Cottage. The beautiful antique furniture and soft, warm colors made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. The children working there were always helpful and considerate, making sure I had everything I needed.

The only thing I would have asked for is a grab bar in the bathroom. It would have provided extra support and safety for senior guests like me.

I had a fantastic stay at a cottage in Gainsborough. The owner was very pleasant and friendly, and even had a gentle dog named Jasper. The cottage was comfortable for the two nights I booked, and the towels and bedding provided were a nice touch. The garden with the pond was gorgeous, and I enjoyed watching the birds sing while I relaxed. The owner also left some basic supplies like long life milk, biscuits, tea and coffee, which was greatly appreciated. the experience was great and I would highly recommend it to others.
